unit meeting with S.S.0/S.O.

Collection of DSR
on daily basis & submit it to Admin office, Patna.
·
Management of
their own team.
·
ASM will be
responsible for the accomplishment of their given target.
·
To generate
business from their team.
·
Keep diary record
for daily assessment.
·
Provide training
to their team.
·
Strategy building
& planning for generating business from the team.
·
To redress the grievances
of their team.
Job Description of S.S.O
· Generates business for accomplishment
of their given target.
· Provide Projection /Report to sales
coordinator.
· Maintain DSR on daily basis.
· Provide daily report to SM.
