VACANCIES IN EYE HOSPITAL

Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital (AJEH) is the fastest growing eye hospital of Bihar and is a 100 bed charitable rural hospital at village Mastichak, District- Chappra, Bihar. It performs over 12,000 high quality surgeries every year at very affordable cost and in 3 years times it is to perform 20,000 surgeries yearly. All surgeries are done by SICS or Phaco method. AJEH provides free stay and food to all employees and also provides leave, medical allowance and benefits, free training as per norms, and the opportunity to grow for all staff. For our expansion plans we need the following manpower-

OT ASSISTANTS: At least 2 years experience in working in an eye OT. Performance will be given to candidate who can assist in SICS and PHACO surgeries. Knowledge of OT sterilization is a must. Starting salary between Rs. 3,000/- to 6,000 depending on work experience and OT skills/knowledge.

OPHTHALMIC ASSISTANTS: Diploma Holder with good knowledge of refraction, screening, eye camps, biometry etc can apply. Candidate with experience will be preferred. Starting salary between Rs.3,000/- to 5,000/-. depending on work experience and skills/ knowledge.

ACCOUNTS: Good knowledge of English and experience of computers and in Tally a must. Preferences will be given to candidates with practical works experience. Starting salary between Rs.2,000/- to 4,000/- depending on works experience and skills/ knowledge.

COUNSELLORS: Graduate with good verbal and writing skills in English. Candidate with experience of computer will be preferred. Starting salary Rs.2,000/- to 3,000/- depending on work experience and English skills.
