Vacancy for Bihar Police Constable in Bihar

Bihar Government has published vacancy for Bihar Police Constables. Government is going to fill up the 10170 vacant post of the constables and 2707 backlog post of constable will be fill up from SC/ST/EBC/Women category/BC Women candidates extra. Total vacant post are 12877.
The selection will be done by Central Selection Board, Patna. Written test will be held for candidate first. After complete in written test the candidates will be go for physical test.
IG Sunit Kumar is Chairman of Central Selection Board for Constable. The other member of this Central Selection Board are G.S. Gagwar (D.I.G.), Preeta Varma ( D.I.G.), Naiyar Hasnain Khan (SP).
Eligiblity for Constable -
Height for SC/ST candidate - 162 Cm.
Height for Women in all category - 155 cm.
Minimum Qualification - 10th Pass
This recruitment will be done in following stage.
Stage 1 - Receiving of Application
Stage 2 - Written exam of candidate in objectives types of 10th level questions.
Stage 3 - Call up for physical test in 5 times of vacant seats.
Stage 4 - Selection of successful candidates after merit list on basis of physical test/ medical test/ written test.
