(Applicant’s Date of Birth should not be prior to 01.11.1975 & after 31.10.1990 (includes relaxation of 5 years as compared to 28 years applicable to unreserved category) Basic Pay in Time Scale of Rs.4410 - Rs.13210 + DA, HRA, CCA, Conveyance Allowance. Gratuity, Pension, LFC, Medical Aid etc. as per the Industry Level Settlement & Other facilities as per Bank’s Rules.

For which no reservation has been announced, are free to apply for vacancies announced for ST category, however, they must fulfil all the eligibility conditions of ST category.


The recruitment will be state-wise / union territory-wise as indicated above. A candidate can apply for a vacancy in only one state / union territory and should be willing to be initially posted at any place in that state / Union Territory . Further, he / she will have to appear for the written test from an examination centre specified for that particular state / Union Territory only, as indicated in para no.9 below, and the examination call letter will be issued accordingly. No change in the state / union territory applied for & / or examination centre will be permitted after submission of the application form.

Notes: ABBREVIATIONS & DEFINITIONS:

i) Category of Persons :-
ST – Scheduled Tribe;
XSM - Ex-Servicemen
PWD - Persons With Disabilities (Physically Challenged Persons) are: -
OC – Orthopaedically Challenged;
VC - Visually Challenged (Blind / Partially Blind / Low Vision).
HI - Hearing Impaired.

ii) Orthopaedically Challenged (OC) :
An Orthopaedically Challenged (OC) person is one having a minimum of 40% physical defect or deformity which causes interference with the normal functioning of the bones, muscles and joints and is so certified by a Medical Board appointed by the State Government.

iii) Visually Challenged (VC)

(A) Blindness refers to a person who suffers from either of the following conditions:

a. Total absence of sight,
b. Visual acuity not exceeding 6/60 or 20/200 (Snellen) in the better eye with correcting lenses, Limitation of the field of vision subtending an angle of 20 degree or worse and so certified by a Medical Board appointed by the State Government.

(B) A person with Low Vision means one with impairment of visual functioning even after treatment of standard refractive correction but who uses or is potentially capable of using vision for the planning or execution of a task with appropriate assisting device.

iv) Deaf & Hearing Impaired (HI) :

(a) Deaf are those persons in whom the sense of hearing is non-functional for ordinary purposes of life, i.e. with total loss of hearing in both ears. They do not hear and understand sounds at all - even with amplified speech.

b) Hearing impairment means loss of more than 60 decibels in the better ear in the conversational range of frequencies.
