this is only making mess up and insult by bihar gov to agri student toward his future.because there is no proper rule for recrutmet.
i personally advice to not thik about bihar gov agri job.
gov only mockeryto agri graduate.
it seems to be only about recrutment.in bihar ,there is no any recrutment going to sucess.
