Name of Post - "Asst Manager - Data Collection/Entry".
Role Description – The candidate will be overall responsible for the Quality and Quantity of Data Entry done by his workforce. Supervise and guide the Data entry Supervisors for increasing output, minimizing cost and effective work. Prepare and maintain files for data. Accuracy of data entered is of utmost importance. Recommend quality checks and documentation of data. Revise procedural manuals as & when needed. Data analysis skills
Qualification Required – Graduate
Experience Required – Data Entry & analysis[ Govt], 4 years
Skill Set Required – Good knowledge of Hindi and English. Conversant with data translation, using dictionaries, knowledge of MS Word/Excel etc
Additional Requirement– Earlier experience of handling large no. data entry personnel, Supervisor role for 2-3 yrs - , Preferably should have experience of working in Bihar.
