Role Description – Responsible for setting up and maintenance of data centre, company-wide computing, network infrastructure, technical support and quality assurance. Must have a proven track record of managing IT resources, both technical and human, ability to lead a technical team. Demonstrated experience with computing and network security. The profile is a part of the leadership and is expected to be a team player and a demonstrated leader. Knowledge of IP-based networking, databases, and Web based computing. Must be evident in the tactical implementation of necessary processes and procedures to insure complete customer satisfaction. Strong balance of operational, business, and technical aptitude and comprehension. A willingness to be hands-on. Highly developed communication skills, highly organized and productive, requiring little supervision.
Qualification Required – B Tech/ MCA
Experience Required – 7 years, Experience in Installation and Configuration of IBM machines – P Series/X Series, Linux , Windows NT/2000Servers, workstations, Sun Solaris 2.x,8, Linux 6.x,7.x, IIS 5.0 / MSSQL 7.0Hosting, Exchange 2000 / 2003 virtual hosting, Proficient in Installation and commissioning of network utilization products like hubs, Switches, Routers and Frame Relay Switches (Passports) from leading inter-networking vendors like CISCO, NORTEL,3COM, D-Link etc.
Skill Set Required – DB2, Proficient in ITIL and ISO process guidelines &SLA Management, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Sys Admin, Network & Bandwidth Management, ADS, DNS(Local), DHCP
