Name of Post - Team Lead -Awareness & Sensitization
Role Description – Spreading awareness among villagers, Miking , meeting with BDO , PO , PRS and various govt officials & PRI functionaries. Identifying important places such as schools. Analyzing the manpower strength of the location and representation of the entire analysis through mapping. Managing the team within the lead. Preparing detailed Information charts & reports of the Panchayats visited
Qualification Required – Graduate
Skill Set Required – Good communication skills, knowledge of local Patna/Bihar areas & dialects, good interaction skill , ability to manage crowd
Additional – Associated with profile wherein the nature of job requires extensive touring and grassroots activity. Prior experience with social work, GOs,Development sector or related field.
Compensation – up to 7000/- (Indian Rupee)
Should be ready for flexible working hours.
